METHOD

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic
approach that aims to influence dysfunctional emotion,
behaviours and cognition through a goal- orientated,
systemic procedure.

Based on a trusting and therapeutic relationship I
will provide a save and supportive environment for
creative problem solving and self exploration. I will
help my patients access their strengths and existing
skills to be able to achieve their goals.

With compassion and keen understanding I will deal
with depression, anxiety or any other crisis and encourage
and maximise your potential self-actuating tendency.

CBT is considered to be among the most rapid in terms of
results obtained.
